Fungal infection

: "I have a Lhasa Apso (Chloe, 5.6 kg) with a fungal infection. I need a recipe based on pork and fish that is strictly low-carb/keto (no sweet potato/rice/starch) and contains no chicken. She doesn’t like vegetables, so everything must be finely minced. She is also underweight and needs to put on a good amount of weight.
