The challenge of dosing supplements

Hello, I have a 10-year-old Chihuahua; he is neutered and has previously had elevated ALT liver values. These have stabilised to normal levels since he started taking milk thistle. Five weeks ago, he was diagnosed with heart failure. I have been recommended: An elimination diet – elk, cod and turkey, and Ari’s Sensitive Stomach. These recipes state that I should add: NOW L-Tryptophan 500 mg 0.100 tablets, Selenium 100 mcg 0.100 tablets, Vitamin D3 drops 10 ml (1 drop = 80 IU) 0.300 units and BioLife Zinc 14 mg 0.100 units. It sounds very difficult and almost impossible to measure this out as the quantities are so small. I can’t find any other recipes that don’t have this problem. Dexter was put on a diet plan last year when his liver values were high, but this isn’t suited to his current situation and he won’t eat it anymore since he fell ill.
