Replacing the elk liver

Can I substitute moose liver in the moose recipe? As it’s hard to get hold of, can I use dried beef liver from Pala? I have some of that. This is for a 5 kg dog.

In that case, you should give approx. 1/4 of the liver amount stated in the recipe (if it says 40g of liver, you should give 10g of dried). This is because dried liver is more concentrated as the liquid has been removed.
