Treats for an elimination diet featuring pollock!

Hi! I have a female dog and I’m currently trying out the elimination diet with pollock. So far, I’ve been drying the fish and giving it to her as treats. But are there any simpler alternatives during this period? For example, can I use Provit freeze-dried treats with pollock? The reason I’m trying out the diet is that I suspect she’s reacting to the dry food, and she had pancreatitis last year, so I also need to be careful with the fat content... What’s really interesting is that we’re now in the third week of the transition to homemade food, and I already think she’s scratching less. So this is exciting!

  • Hi! I’m not sure if this is what you’re looking for, but we’ve been using Alfred’s Seafood treats. They’re made from pure dried pollock and our dog loves them!
