Measurement of vitamins

Hi! I find it difficult to measure out, for example, vitamin B, which comes in liquid form, in grams on the scales. I asked Saga if I could measure it in millilitres and was advised to use measuring syringes. But I’m not allowed to change the measurement, or Saga refuses to help me with this. Is it possible to change it, Ayla? Pippi needs 2.9 grams in the recipe.

  • Haha, Saga can be a bit rigid sometimes 😅 I would just use a 1ml syringe or a small 1ml measuring cup (the sort that often comes with fish oils, etc.). For liquid oils/vitamins, the conversion between grams and ml is quite similar, so 2.9 grams will in practice be about 2.9 ml. It’s perfectly fine to measure it out that way 😊
  • Great! That makes it easy! The usual chat said I should give a whole 10ml, so I was really confused :)
