Looking for alternatives to sweet potato and carrot?

Hi! I have a senior dog with slightly elevated lipase levels, so I need to reduce the fat content in his food to minimise inflammation of the pancreas. Until I can get a consultation for a specially tailored diet, the recipe with saithe (saithe elimination diet) is the most suitable option. The problem is that he can’t tolerate carrots or sweet potatoes – what can I replace them with? In his current diet, he’s given a mixture of pumpkin and broccoli purée to keep his stools regular.
