Variation of Chicken and coast?

Hello! I have a 4-year-old Welsh Corgi Pembroke, Neo, who has recently been declared healthy after suffering from the kidney disease cystinuria. As part of his treatment, he was neutered, which has led to a weight gain of 2 kg. I’d love to try the Chicken and Coast recipe, but I’d prefer a version with less egg (maybe just egg white) because of concerns about sulfur-containing amino acids. I have chicken breast, chicken hearts, duck liver, and saithe in the freezer. P.S. It was the incredible Saga who suggested I post this request :-)
