Reindeer meat recipe.

Is there a low-fat reindeer mince recipe instead of elk? Is it possible to use beef liver instead of elk liver or sheep liver? It’s difficult to get hold of for a 5 kg dog; she doesn’t tolerate fat well. I can’t find any recipes with it.

• You can easily swap elk for reindeer mince, and elk liver for beef liver! If you are using dried liver (e.g. from Pala), it is important that you reduce the amount listed in the recipe.
